While I was sleeping on **th February, ****, around at *:**am I received an automated call from Axis Bank which asked me to confirm transaction of Rs. ****/-. I was not aware about the transaction so I pressed *. The call was disconnected. Later I checked my SMS messages and found alert SMS from Axis Bank which showed * transactions of Rs. **** were made at Flipkart Payments, Banglore. I immediately contacted the bank call center and informed about unauthorized transactions. A complaint no. SAK*********** was registered to block the card and to dispute the transactions. It was midnight and I have not received any call asking for the OTP. I have not shared it with anyone. In the morning I found my Gmail account was showing suspicious activity warning, somebody stole OTP from my Gmail. I have never asked Axis Bank to send OTP over email but they were sending it in the email. The fraud were having my credit card details, card number, expiry and cvv. The card was in my possession at the time of transactions. As per RBI guideline there is no customer liability if the fraud is reported within ** hrs. There is a deficiency in bank service as they were / are sending OTP to insecure medium and could not protect customer's sensitive data. I request Axis Bank to refund ***** to my bank account.

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
