Extramarks - Fraudulent terms promised

Satendra Sharma filed complaint against Extramarks on Apr 30, 2019

I purchased the Extramarks educational tab programme through agent company code E**** Hemant Kumar Mishra (Id attached). On terms that I will have to pay Rs *,*** per month EMI for ** months after Rs *,*** initial fee (total Rs **,***). I will get my **th, **th and **th educational pack (I have his call recording also).
But he sanctioned a loan EMI of Rs. *,*** per month saying an application letter to the loan company Capital Float, will change the EMI to Rs *,***/month ( I have his call recording).
Also, the kit I received didn't contain my **th std. educational pack to which the agent said it will come after a few months.
After all that the agent isn't responding to my calls and has blocked me on Whatsapp saying he has changed his job and now he isn't responsible.
