i was delivered a fake product by zooker.in
i sent in a complaint by email- to which i never received a reply and when i finally got through to customer care- the lady screamed at me saying "i dont know, you courier the parcel back to us"
i had ordered a ***** mAh powerbank that didnt charge my phone and doesnt have charge in it for more than ** mins.
this is ridiculous and appalling behavior from ZOOKR.IN
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
