I have ordered Vivo V** Pro (Order Number: ***-*******-*******) smartphone on ** April **** in www.amazon.in through the dealer “The Mobile Wala” and paid amount INR Rs. ***** on Pay on Delivery (COD) method. I have received my package on **st April ****. While unboxing the item, the product I received (old damaged nameless smartphone) seems different and it is fully damaged mobile except for the Vivo V** Pro accessories. I have raised so many requests in Amazon customer care service and contact them many times within the past two weeks and didn't get any proper response. And at last, they replied there will be no refund or return for the product. I have video proof while unboxing the item. I am registering this complaint against Amazon service and the dealer “The Mobile Wala” in the act of “Deficiency in service” and “Unfair trade policy” as a customer in the grievance of Right to Redressal. Please do the needful as soon as possible to get my refund amount. Please rectify this problem and do the needful at the earliest. Please contact me for further assistance and communicate with me either in Tamil or English languages. This will help me to interact with the respective person easily and able to explain my situation with proper details.
