CRED fraudulently deducted Rs. **** more from my account when I paid my credit card bill of ****, stating I had activated "Save my Job" (due to the pandemic) - which I had not. I wen to pay my credit card bill of ****, chose 'pay full' and keyed in my PIN. To my surprise, they deducted ****. I finally had to go to support and wrote my complaint. They did not even acknowledged it for some time but I pursued and then finally they returned my money. They did not even apologize for it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
