Axis Bank - Fraudulent Credit Card updated on CIBIL
Nitin Saluja filed complaint against Axis Bank on Feb 7, 2021
Please be informed that there is a disputed credit card that is still active on my CIBIL report.I have disputed it couple of times but it’s still there.I never opened a card with Axis Bank.I have rest everything intact on my CIBIL except this.Kindly look into it and please confirm how can it be resolved.

Also, it shows that there was an application form filled in August **** and the card was issued way after that in Jan **** after my auto loan from the bank was rejected in December ****. I have tried to bring this to their notice but they would not help me in this case and not remove it from my CIBIL. My CIBIL report can be pulled and checked as well that I never defaulted on any of my cards or loans.
