Rangarajan filed complaint against Amazon Online Shoping on Dec 23, 2020
There was a call from *********** from an Employee named Yogesh (Employee ID ******) and indicated that we had won a Free Laptop and asked us to pay a GST of **.*% which he claimed to be refunded. He also said no order id necessary to be placed. However, he asked me to pay PAYTM which he said will be refunded but till now, INR ***,*** has been debited and has not been credited (which was the claim)
REQUEST INTERVENTION AND REFUND OF INR ***,*** AT THE EARLIEST. THIS IS CHEATING OF THE HIGHEST ORDER FROM AMAZON.
