Hello Team,
There has been a great fraud that was committed with my hotel bookings for the below mentioned dates. Yatra.com has collected the complete payment for **th, **st and **nd of December for the hotel THE ORIENTAL in Gangtok, however on arriving there, I found that the hotel is shut down and I had to make another arrangements at that time. It is a great deal of unprofessionalism and would want the refund of my money.
