Woodland - Fraudulent Behavior and Harassment by Woodland Store Manager No Refund or Replacement Provided

I purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland Store located at The Oval Plaza, Galleria Mall, Saraidhela, Dhanbad on **th February ****. Unfortunately, the product developed a defect within two months.
I approached the store manager, Mr. Ankit, for assistance. He assured me that the issue would be resolved and asked me to wait. Based on this assurance, I didn’t file any formal complaint earlier, trusting that he would handle the matter professionally.
However, after waiting for a long time and receiving no update, I attempted to contact Mr. Ankit again, but he started ignoring my calls and stopped responding. Realizing I was being misled, I finally wrote an email to Woodland Customer Care. In their reply, they stated that the product is non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Despite this, I still hoped for help from Mr. Ankit and requested him again. He called me to the store, gave me false hope again, and ultimately said, "Now I will not help you since you made a complaint against me. You can now deal with it through email only." He also confessed that he called me to the store just to capture video footage showing that he is talking to the customer — to mislead his superiors that he is resolving complaints, which is absolutely unethical.
I now feel mentally harassed, misled, and threatened by both Mr. Ankit and the store's SM. If there was no option for refund/replacement, they should have informed me transparently from the beginning. Instead, they kept me in confusion for over ** days.
