My complaint is related to Axis bank. I was an FD with Axis bank Morbi branch since **.**.**** with account no. ***************. It was in auto renewal mode and renew automatically by the bank at the time of maturity.
But in the year **** it was neither renewed by bank not the amount credited in my account and also no any kind of intimation given to me by the bank for its effect. No any clarification given from the bank regarding this issue.
I came to know about it and I have complaint to the bank regarding this issue vide my complaint no. -******** dated Sept. *, ****.
In reply I got the call from Mr. Dhaval with its ID *** S**, operation head of Axis bank, Morbi branch. As telephonic discussion, he was committed to provide the interest rate of Fixed deposit till date. On the basis of discussion I sent FD for closure with mentioned that I want interest rate of FD up to its closure dated. **.**.****. Its mentioned in FD as well as in forwarding letter also.
But, I shocked to see that no any kind of interest credited in my account. Axis bank provided me only maturity amount. Axis bank cheated me in two ways
*. Not renew my FD even though its on auto renewal mode and also not credited the amount at a time of original maturity
*. Cheated me by not given me the interest rate of FD after commitment
Please file a complaint against Axis bank for this kind of fraudulent activities and provide me the resolution on the matter and provide me the interest rate of fixed deposit up to its closure i.e.**.**.****.

Axis bank account balance **** maintained .but axis bank take maintance charges,GST take in account so my money totally loss for ₹**** ( * times of GST charges ,maintance charges * times)
Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
Amount has been deducted while transections without any information's, and these deductions are still continuing. kindly resolve this asap. and please refund the deducted amount.
