Please never make the mistake of booking tickets through them. Following the booking, someone will call you to tell you that the booking can’t be confirmed since the airline has increased the rates. Since the increase will be significant, you’ll tell them to cancel the booking. They will tell you the booking amount will be credited to your account in *-** days, but it will not come for months, if it comes at all! This is their business model. Please learn from the mistakes of all those that are still waiting for their money to come back! Total frauds! The system doesn’t allow you to give zero stars otherwise I would. Every week I call, I get a same reply that you will receive the refund in next * days. Something needs to be done about this company. Its a big fraud going on. I had booked the tickets on **/**/**. Today its been a month and Im still waiting for a refund. Somehow I feel I have lost all the hopes and I have been fooled but still trying my best. Its my hard earned money which I would wanna fight for.
