Compaint id: COM***********....I had made *** complaint regarding Wrong Product in Jan since then the product was pending for Exchange or Return....Ajio Has Still Not Done Anything About It...I Tried Placing Exchange Twice From My Side As They Were Not Ready To Do That Nor Refunding My Amount...Exchange Order EX********** Which Reached Today , The Agent Refused For Exchnage...He Said The ENA Is Not Matching Pls Ask AJIO To Mail The Courier Company For No Quality Check Mail As This Was In Exchnage Of Wrong Product....AJIO Customer Care are bunch of Morons..They Are Sending Me Auto Mail Regarding They Exchange Will Be Done Today...Not Reading The Content In The Mail..What's Its About? I Want My Money Back If This Exchange Is Not Happening...I had zillions times mailed them and asked them to call and pick-up my Wrong Product as Return but they are Cheating me over such a small issue and samll amount..They Are Pathetic..Relaince Retail Ltd. is most unethical comapny ..Don't shop with them...They Have No Idea Abt Anything And Can't Deal With Any Issue..Worst E-Commerce ....They had dragged issue for more then * month now return window is closed I can't place return from my end..This is Pure Cheating...I will report against them...I want my money back plus compensation for such idiotic and chaotic management and fraud!!
