Vodafone Idea - Fraud
Yagnashankar Nagarajan filed complaint against Vodafone Idea on Sep 28, 2020
Vodafone has been charging me extra without proper explanation & justification after being continuously asked they keep giving excuses like, within ** hrs you will get a call or detailed Email or the issue will be sorted etc. They do not solve the issue, I have call recordings of our discussion with Vodafone Appellate and the screen shot of acknowledgment message received from them along with email conversations with Vodafone Appellate Mumbai.
Today even after paying my adjusted bill as confirmed by Mr.Sumeet of Vodafone Appellate they have disconnected our services.
Moreover they are threatening us that we will have to face 'Lok Adalat" for not paying the bill where the mistake is from their side of charging us extra.
This is fraudulent act from Vodafone Idea and playing the victim card too.
