OLA CABS BENGALURU - Fraud

After completing the ride, I had made the payment via Google Pay online to the Driver directly and I have the proof for that as well. After a month, Ola sends me a
text message on my phone that I have an outstanding amount worth ***/- & it started to reflect in the Ola app for the same. I contacted the Ola cab support team.
The first few initial responses from them was that they see no outstanding amount and that the outstanding amount reflecting in the app will be removed. Post one week,
the pending amount continued to reflect. Contacted Ola Support again and now they told me they cannot remove the outstanding amount because it outside ** Days.
I sent them multiple emails attached with the screen shot for the payment cleared through Google Pay but all they do is copy paste the same email over and over again
unable to discern the main issue. I quote their email through the following:
First few responses were:
"Thank you for contacting Ola.
We understand that there is an outstanding of Rs “***” for your ride CRN “**********”
Please note that the amount will not reflect in your account after ** hours.
We look forward to serving you in the future rides.
Thank you,
Sivaprakash Selva"
and post that, they started stating the following below despite screen shot shared for proof for the payment:
"Thank you for contacting Ola. This is regarding your ride with CRN ********** wherein we will not be able to remove the outstanding amount since the ride has crossed the timeframe of ** days to validate.
Any extra cash payment made to a driver is outside the scope of Ola payment system.
We would also like to inform you that through "In-app Notifications", you will be able to see the payment mode and the exact amount to be paid immediately after the ride. Hence request you to confirm the same before making the payment to the driver-partner.
You can also report this issue from Menu > Your Rides > Support > Driver Related > My driver requested extra cash.
We look forward to serving you in future rides.

Is it my fault that is outside ** days when they themselves only reported the matter to me so late. The payment has been cleared and i have sufficient proof.
