I engaged OLA for travel from Kempe Gowda Airport to Prestige Song of South, Yellanhalli at around *.** am on **.**.****. The OLA vehicle allotted to me was Prime Sedan - White Dzire Tour and the driver name is Yuvaraja R. The CRN is **********.
For this ride there have been two payments effected i.e. one from my Paytm Wallet for an amount of Rs.****/- and another payment made by me thru Google Pay for an amount of Rs.****/- (incl tips of Rs.**/- to the driver).
The issue of double payment arose since neither me nor the driver got any intimation w.r.t. the payment made by me from my Paytm Wallet. In fact, though the Paytm Wallet showed a debit of Rs.****/- around ** mins prior to reaching the destination, the transaction status indicated as 'kept on hold'. Even after reaching the destination, there was no indication of the payment being made and hence I was compelled to make another transaction thru GPay into the Driver's account.
