OLA CABS BENGALURU - Drivers of allocated CAB do not respond

This happens frequently and always at Majestic Bus Station. Whenever I travel from other places and reach Bengaluru Majestic Bus Station, the time would be around * to * am. I always try to book a CAB. The system will allocate a CAB and show details. Then the Driver will ask me Pick Up From location and Drop Location. When I tell the driver these details the Driver will simply cut the line without telling me whether he is coming to pick me or no ...? I will have to wait for * to ** minutes and the try again for another cab...? This happens multiple times which is irritating and waste of time. With this irritation some drivers will add some more irritation by asking us the proper address of my pick up and that driver will be in some other location. The OLA software GPS does not track the location of Passenger correctly and the Driver will irritate us by telling us the names of some other Streets and Locations which we do not know ...? Finally that driver will tell that it is our mistake that we did not type the correct pick up location ...? These type of irritation continues until we some times cancel the ride and OLA will be happily charging us Rs.** as cancel fees in our ride. This happened even today morning at *:** a.m. at Majestic Metro Entrance. Finally, I managed to take an auto and cough up that extra charges by OLA. My request to OLA is (*) Kindly check the Drivers who harass Passengers asking for exact location and detailed address, which is often not known to passengers, instead the passenger can only tell Landmarks where they stand. (*) Do not punish the Customers every time for reasons that is not listed in the Cancel Reason list, instead add one more item in that list as "Driver Harassment".
