Indepandant Tv - Fraud TV, immediately discontinue and refund amount

Independent tv sold us their connection just a week ago trai policy implementation intentionally misleading me by promising channels they won't be giving after trai policy.
If They would have informed me about their available channels after trai, I wouldn't have switched my existing tv Channel provider.
They gave us lucrative offers of free HD channels, *** + channel claims just a week before trai Policy knowingly. So I consider this as false advertising of the service they are providing and also Fraud towards consumers,
I request a refund of my entire amount of inr **** due to their involvement in the Fraudulent activities. won't recommend them to anyone.
