I ordered cake on ** august order id ******. The order was for a SUGARFREE butterscotch cake. The order was delivered on time on **th August. Today when I called the vendor, whose address and number was on the box of cake, he said that they have tie up with myflowertree but they DO NOT make sugarfree cake... That means I was cheated and and a suger cake was delivered to me instead of Sugarfree cake. Myflowertree did not ensured that the cake is sugarfree and when i called on *********** the customer care executive dis not help. She put my call on hold pretending to make call to vendor. She did not ahare the name location contact of the vendor to verify if that was the same vendor who delivered the cake. This is really pathetic service. Serving a sugar cake to a diabetic patient could have been life threatening
