Shashi Bhushan filed complaint against Samsung on Aug 19, 2021
Few days back may be on monday or tuesday, I got a update notification for my phone (Samsung F**), i updated it, as it is meant to be. On Tuesday night, while having conversation, phone started flickering, I tried to restart but screen went black completely, I thought, I must put it in charge and tried after sometime, but didnt work. Next day(wednesday **th Aug, ****) i tried to turn on but it didnt happen. Today(**th Aug, ****), I called customer service, described them the issue, they said, it might be software issue, i got service center information from them and visited LDF mall Sec ** Noda Service centre but they refused saying they cant fix, because it has display issue and they dont have display at this time, it might take more than ** days to fix and directed me to check with Samung Servcie Centre Sec * Noida. I reached the place, waited for ** mins, then met with some engineer, name-(sameer Khan). I explained him situation, he directly said, its display issue, without checking. I insisted, please check it and let me know the issue but they refused and said we are not here to check your device, you will be notified about issue. I signed form, where it was mentioned "Accpeted wtihout checking". Again, i asked them to please check but they refused and told me that, It will take minimum ** to ** days to repair, citing reason for parts unavailability. As expected, I already knew, that they do fraud with customer(go through their review online), I went to this service centre, because I had no option. But today, only at **th Aug, **** **:**PM got call and he is asking Rs **** to change display, I told him its in warranty but he said, liquid went inside. I said, that's not possible, this phone is barely used, only used for normal calls only, most of the time it is left idle, than I told, I knew this would happen, this was inevitable as service from samsung India is always worst. The most funny part, charging jack is working completely fine but still that fraudster told, charging port needs to be changed, again I was shocked. If samsumg India, really want to loot people, why dont do it openly. First sell useless product and when fault occur in device than again cheat customer in name of repairs. I bought samsung product only to boycott chinese product. But "Samsung is no different".
I want this message( and as feedback) to reach to samsung official do they even know, what is happening.
I want proper clarification and solution to my problem.
