Travolook - Fraud service Overcharge amount

I had made flight booking from travalook site today. It was observed that you have charged about **k amount more that what the airlines are charging. PFA the documents for your reference. This is highly inappropriate and unethical and appears like a fraud by looting people. Please provide refund for the overcharged amount.

The online booking process does not mention about revised rates before making payment. Once payment is done and amount is debited, then we got a call that booking is on hold and you need to do extra. The hike in rates was huge within a matter of * min. When we have used other services like Goibibo in past, they provided information about revised rates before making payment so that customer has a choice. But travolook very smartly waits for payment. And once payment is done and if customer wants refund they say ** days depending on bank. So customer is obligated to go ahead if timings are critical. Very bad customer experience. 

I used travalook for first time and highly disappointed by this unethical service. Will never recommend it to anyone.
