Complaint for : WRONG REASON of Rejection and harassment every month
Attaching the confirmation email received from NoBroker yesterday stating the settlement time of the RENT payment within * days. But again they sent a failure SMS, this is just a FRAUD business and has to be stopped and actioned
Please note that, NOBROKER is doing a FRAUD here every month for processing RENT Payment through their Payment Gateway
I am using their Platform for making Rent Payment for my rented property in Bangalore and I am using PayZapp gateway and using my credit card to make the payment
However, for last * month, NOBROKER IS HARASSING like ANYTHING and every month these FRAUD PEOPLE is rejecting the Rent Payment by mentioning the reason as " Beneficiary name Mismatch"
Where there is actually NO MISMATCH as per the Rent Agreement.
The beneficiary name is : Kiran Kumar Anumalasetty ( Landlord Name) and the same name is updated in my Rent Agreement as well as LANDLORD NAME
However, unnecessarily they are harassing by NOT PROCESSING THE PAYMENT and also they are NOT REFUNDING the service charge by doing this CHEAP Activity and FRAUD.
I am also getting Rs.****/- cashback from my bank every month as part of this Rent Payment offer through NO BROKER and I am also losing the amount Rs.****/- every month
also the Processing Charge is getting lost by this COMPLETE FRAUD by NO BROKER
I would like to highlight this matter now in front of the Regulatory and Compliance Authority to take necessary action against this kind of FRAUD Activity by NO BROKER every month.
This matter has to be compensated now because of wasting so much of time for the last *-* month continuously and repeatedly
Please help me to get a satisfactory resolution against this complaint and help me to get a compensation and refund against this FRAUD by NOBROKER
