I am using their Platform first time for making Rent Payment for my rented property in Noida and I am using PayZapp gateway and using my credit card to make the payment.
However, for last September month, NOBROKER IS HARASSING like ANYTHING and Last month these FRAUD PEOPLE is rejecting the Rent Payment by mentioning the reason as " Beneficiary name Mismatch"
Where there is actually NO MISMATCH. Before processing the payment the rent agreement Column is optional after payment he asked for rent agreement and give the reason that I am not procssing the payment and your money refunded in your account after deducting the service charge.
However, unnecessarily they are harassing by NOT PROCESSING THE PAYMENT and also they are NOT REFUNDING the service charge by doing this CHEAP Activity and FRAUD.
I am also losing the amount Rs. ****.** /- Last month and I am totally loss with an amount around ****-**** due to nobroker.
also the Processing Charge is getting lost by this COMPLETE FRAUD by NO BROKER
I would like to highlight this matter now in front of the Regulatory and Compliance Authority to take necessary action against this kind of FRAUD Activity by NO BROKER Last month.
Please help me to get a satisfactory resolution against this complaint and help me to get a compensation and refund against this FRAUD by NOBROKER
