Order ***** placed on Oct *th **** for ASUS C**N**** (**Whr battery). seller shipped **Whr battery. after contacting, reverse pickup was done; after that, neither right product was shipped nor refund was done

It's fraud. They will not deliver you the correct item as mentioned on the website.
