Quikr - Fraud seller

Hi, I've made a deal with a Quikr seller regarding PS* on Quikr platform. The price mentioned in the ad was **,*** and I bargained it for *****. He asked me to contact him on whatsapp. So, I messaged him on **th of May ****. He got in touch with me on **th May ****. He mentioned about the product and the amount to be paid. He asked me to pay **% beforehand and rest **% on COD. So, I paid him **** first. After a while some other person called me from his phone and asked me to pay the rest **** in order to get the product dispatched. Btw, he spoke good English. So, I believed him and made the complete payment. He said he'll give me the tracking ID in some time. I contacted him again on **th May **** morning regarding tracking ID. He said he'll provide it in the evening by *pm. But no, he didn't provide it in the evening as well. Instead, he asked me to pay extra **** for gst and taxes. At this point of time, I was pretty sure that I was being cheated. I asked him to cancel the item and refund the amount. If it isn't refunded, I said I'll file a compliant in cyber cell to which he said we'll meet in the court. I couldn't sleep for * days. I didn't even disclose this to anyone, even to my wife. So, you can imagine the amount of mental torture I've been through. Seller details as follows:
