Olx Seller - Fraud related to Honda Activa

OLX seller fraud on the name of Indian army personnel.
Process is
Step*: He tells that he got transferred from one location to another location so I want to sell the product asap.
Step *: In this process, he did not chat with me. My conversation with him is mostly in the phone call
Step *: He told that he will send it by Indian army courier post for **% of the money to be paid and in addition, he will send us the details of the courier at our address.
Step *: He said that next day I will receive the courier in the name of Indian army but to get it, you should complete the remaining payment according to Indian army rules.
Step *: Finally he is not picking up the phone call after successful payment.
Cheater mobile no. **********
Cheater used the name of Indian army Vikas Patel details for complete transaction.
