I ordered for Casio Edifice (Ex***) watch for my personal use by **th March and it got delivered by **th March. When I opened the consignment, I found that empty box was delivered. Except watch, complete accessories like watch tag, warranty card and brand box was there except watch. Immediately I raised complaint to Paytm, they acknowledged the issue and asked me for more proof like complete and clear pictures of that empty box and weight of that consignment by keeping in weighing scale. I shared ** pictures from all the views and weight taken from weighing scale as requested. On *rd April, I got a call from Bluedart (courier partner for this consignment) manager and asked my appointment to meet by next day, I agreed. But he didn't come, when I called him back, he told he was travelling to Trichy (or somewhere, didn’t heard properly) and would come by *th of April. But, I got an email from Paytm by *th April saying like my case was over and as per their investigation, they delivered right product to me. The moment I read this email, I was completely broken and immediately made a call to Paytm customer care. I was not happy with the customer executive's response, I told him to transfer to Senior officer. After a long wait, the senior officer who spoke with me was completely clueless and says the same thing repeatedly that their investigation was over and they delivered only right product to me and apologizing for the inconvenience. Finally, when they were not able to trace and find the culprit, they put a blame on me and created a picture like I'm the culprit. In reality I'm the looser who paid Rs.**** (got cashback of Rs.**** as part of offer) for this empty box. I even requested them to prove that they delivered correct product to me by sharing complete in/out scan details of the complete transit of the consignment. They refused for that. In fact, the consignment volume was ***g when booked, and ***g when delivered. It clearly shows somewhere in the mid, it got tampered and product was stolen.

Update *: BlueDart local manager visited for inspection by *th April and told they can’t do any. It could be seller’s fault and Paytm only should deal with this issue.
Note: I almost have all the evidences to support my complaint and show it where ever needed
