OYO - Fraud OYO Townhouse Alert

This is brief review and complaint about OYO Townhouse *** Crystal Leaf in Sector ** A , Noida. I had booked through oyo app for *N and payment was done prepaid . On reaching the staff denied that they accept prepaid payment and they refused to give me room . Later they said you have to pay extra per night then only room will be provided. After all the mess they accepted and gave the room. The room was horrible there were ceiling leakage the toilets were like public toilets very unhygienic. On day * I was sleeping and without knocking the staff entered the room I mean I never saw such hospitality and manners , there are some things of privacy. Talking about food and prices, prices and more than five star hotel, * pieces of bread for *** rs.....and the food quality was so rubbish that I only had once there after that they don't even allow swiggy Zomato to come.
Lastly , I would like to tell Oyo that they are running other * hotels under same building people often get mislocated because there is nowhere Oyo name mentioned in whole building.
I genuinely want my whole refund because I had never experienced such thing with Oyo .
