Nykaa - Fraud info leaked from nykaa

I recently bought healthy company product from Nykaa, I do buy many items, I got a call from people impersonating themselves as nykaa sales and promotions employees,they told me i was selected in a internal event among *-* members, I have won a prize asked me to select one, what made me belive them is that they told me my exact address what is their on Nyka, my name from account, mode of payment I use on nykaa and my recent orders.. They asked me if I want to claim the gift I need to purchase a gift card of *****rs.. I believed them and did
Then they asked me to pay ** percent gst amount, since they are from chennai and have to sent to Hyderabad (my place ) , I did that as well, then they again told me that transaction not showing up and pay the same amount again, I got suspicious and asked them multiple questions, they again started saying my nykaa account details, I took a break and called them back.. They were now very rude asking me to pay by now.... I can see their unprofessionalism, I refused to pay more, now they switched off their phones, I spoke to around * people, * were girls and * boy, they were saying that were escalating issue and handing over phone to each other
I lost my hard earned money believing them
