My friend has taken admission in IGNOU, this year ****. Course : BCA
After waiting * months, yesterday he has received a SMS regarding the classes. Today (*,Jun ****) they conducted the first class and asked the students to submit the assignments. How can they ask for the assignments in the first class? When my friend asked about the classes, the faculty on ZOOM MEETING replied ," I have no idea about the classes being conducted". No class has been conducted and asking for the assignments. At the end of the first session in the whole FIRST SEMESTER, they asked the students to re-register themselves for the next semester i.e Asking for the fees of second semester. Have already paid for one semester where no classes were provided. This is scam in the name of education. If one has to do self study and do assignments, why are they charging *,*** for each semester? For degree ? please help us
