Aakash Gupta filed complaint against Hyundai on May 12, 2024
I took delivery of my car on **th May **** from D.S. Hyundai Sector **, Noida after motor claim for the damage of front bumper and right side Headlight.
During the delivery i informed the official about fog in left front light , but they said this is due to washing.
But even after * days the fog remains as it is and my A.C also not working properly now.
I informed the same to D.s. Hyundai on the next day and they said please come again.
Today is **th May ****, i visited your D.s.hyundai showroom at sec **, Noida and after checking they are saying that it was A.C coil leakage and estimate is **,*** aprox.
Now this is completely negligence on part of the showroom and they are responsible for such issue. Because before handover of the Car no such issue was there which can be checked from the photos of the car and inspection they did while taking handover of the car.
Moreover there were lot of scratches on the car during the day of delivery and when i asked them they did rubbing to remove the same but there are multiple scratches on the car impossible to remove. This is how they are taking care of our cars.
When i denied to pay for this fraud, the G.M pf the showroom offered me **% discount as a bribe that proves mistake at their part part. Now i dont trust you guys. I have recording for all this conversation.
So requesting you to resolve both the issues without any further delay at your own cost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
