I purchased soundbar from tata cliq and received on july ** , which is a defective product when received and did not powered on. Service center closed the demo call without confirming from my side so i could not get the repleacment or refund from tata cliq , MANAGER from Lg service royal electronics said he will replace the product or get me refund for the same, i confirmed the same with lg, but after few days lg went back and saying they cannot give replacement, whereas service center giving false hopes, and delaying, im getting affected personaly, and lost money because of this . Going to * months i m having defective piece with me, without any support from the cheaters
