Its been *~* months since Mr. Rajesh Gaur from extramarks has been trying to convince me to provide free consultation/demo to my daughter named Mansi Kumari.
Since it was just a matter of free consultation so I agreed and provided my current residential address and an appointment was fixed on **th Feb'****.
To which two representatives came, one named as "Rahul K Nigam" (other person name couldn't remember). They stayed for *~* hours for demonstration and provided one certificate as well which can be seen in the attachment.
In between this there was no conversation happened related to monetary requirement.
Now this person asked for aadhar card which he said is required for free registration and to register one OTP will be needed which I have to share. The representative also made it clear that no money is required for registration and is absolutely free. So I shared OTP thinking that it might be required for registration and the person is company representatives.
Now to my surprise I came to know that two consumer durable loan has been disbursed on my name

The EMI has been deducted for this month. Please find attached documents related to loan disbursement and EMI details.
I also reached out to toll free number to register a complaint number ******.
