OLA is looting the customers, for a ride we were charged Rs. **** twice by the driver as well as through Ola money app, we raised a complaint with OLA on *th , have contacted through Facebook and Twitter , no response has come back on the refund of the fare amount yet!!
We have made several calls to Ola contact center to no avail, they are saying their partner driver has denied to accept it and confirmed only Rs *** was taken as a food allowance which was agreed by both the parties to be settled down during the bill payment , only Rs *** has been refunded whereas the entire fare amount of Rs **** is still not paid back.
Driver on a separate call agreed to me that he took the cash, whereas when Ola representative calls him back, he is simply denying to have taken any cash,which is sad.
Despite of all this, Ola has not got any mechanism to grill/cross question the driver about the entire incident and the customer suffers at the end.
