This is to bring to your attention that a few Cases regarding "RTO without delivery attempt" have been notified to your team but there has been no action taken since the past * Weeks.
I am not sure if anyone is even serious about the issue raised by your customer.
Please check below are some AWB numbers on which the delivery attempt was not made and they were returned. Also, upon receipt the goods were damaged and missing, please check the below mention AWBs and respond to my email immediately:
