I had avail a premium service from nobroker for my flat in mumbai to be rented out for which I paid ****. In one of the terms and conditions by nobroker, if owner find tenants of own, nobroker will refund full amount. Afted * weeks, I got tenant of my own whom then I rented out property, After following and speaking to Shahid, Pratik and Shreya from nobroker team, they didn't accept their mistake and not ready to pay refund amount. In addition they have taken token from one tenant whom they are not refunding back for which there was no deal. Its clear case of fraud and cheating done with owners and tenants by nobroker firm, where once money paid to them, one has to forgo the amount back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
