Hathway broadband - Fraud Cheating HATHWAY BROADBAND SERVICE IN HENNAI
Mary filed complaint against Hathway broadband on Apr 11, 2021
Cheating fraud company, especially Hathway in Chennai. Sales people annoyed many times for new connection, promised dual band router for ****, and *** security deposit refund on modem return. But then only single band router for more than a month, after several complaints, received dual band router. Filed a request for modem return, the guy who came for taking the modem promised money refund in * days. He took the modem on **/*/****. I still did not receive any refund or any calls or sms confirming my modem return. But still so many calls daily for plan renewal. Worst company. worst service. No physical person to file a complaint when you call *** ********. No automated message regarding these issues. There is no help, and they cheated, took my modem also, but no refund. Never ever go for HATHWAY BROADBAND ESPECIALLY IN CHENNAI
