Hi,
I was indented to transport my bike (pulsar) from Pondicherry to Gurugram. Gave my mobile number in movemycar website. Several transporting agencies contacted for the transportation order. In that, gati safe cargo redhill gave a cheap quote. A lady named praveena assisted over phone and answered all my queries related to transport and insurance refund policy. Earlier, I have used gati (global) for bike transport, in that belief and oversight, I agreed for the offer and gave my bike by august mid. Days past, no sign of bike nor updates regarding bike transport from the lady. After several continuous calling, she will pick the phone and say “bike will be delivered by Wednesday” “Bike is in pune/Karnataka” in a cool tone. Meanwhile, I requested my friends to the check the address provided in the cash bill, they enquired and said, no transportation company running under that name/address. Days past several Wednesdays gone, nothing happened. With my friends contacts approached local police station and gave informal complaint, called her (preevena) mobile several times from local police station even from SP office for enquiry, she never picked the call. Started calling her mobile continuously, lost hope of getting the bike back. Often she will assure that bike will be delivered by evening, where actually the bike is still in Chennai rusting in some roadside parking. By October first week she agreed to return the bike in Chennai. As stated by Mr. Kandhan in below post. My bike was also left abandoned in a park lot kavangari, redhils, Chennai. Took helmet and transport charge for this inhumane service. As they cheat in thousands, cant except any big action from police side.
I believed the lady named preevena was an ex-s*x worker, as she become old she started this business. This Bi**ch never regrets nor feels shame for doing this.
Never use this f**king transportation/cheating service.
