Gati Safe Cargo Movers Padiyanallur Redhills Chennai - Bike not delivered and amount not refunded

I wanted to shift my bike from Chennai to Pune and regarding this I was surfing net for good transport providers. During this I got a call from Praveena and introduced herself as from Gati Safe Cargo and movers and they provide door step pickup and delivery and they charge Rs.**** for the services and we need to pay the insurance amount of Rs.**** upfront and the same will be refund post delivery to the delivery person. I have handed over a bike to a guy name Vikram from Gati on *th Sep **** and paid the cash. Promised delivery date was * days. However after a week also I was not getting any response. When i called them on **th Sep ****, they mentioned bike is in Karnataka, will be delivered in * days. On **th I got a call from Praveena, they need another Rs.**** within * hours so that they can load the bike to Pune from Karnataka. Else they will return the bike to chennai and deduct the service charges(Rs.****). After a lot of arguments and stuffs, I’ve arranged a money from my friend and transferred that amount in to their account. But after that no response from them. Address details mentioned in the bill was fake and all contact details provided in the bill was invalid. After so much struggling for more than a month, they told me to collect the bike in Chennai from an abondoned vehicle parking and my bike also used by them for a month. Such a cheaters as they have not delivered the bike and they are not refunding the amount also. No response also from them.
