I booked for shipping my bike and few box of items worth rupees **,*** above to be delivered to Delhi from Chennai and they charged **,*** + GST.
Before surrender the goods they called me frequently for shipment. After surrender they didn't pick up calls, sometimes when they pick up they always said it will reach next week.
No tracking number given by them, they said it will reach in a week, but I booked in mid of September, still not delivered not returned. I feel I lost my money and my shipping items as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
