I booked a flight and instead of generating PNR - they called me that your booking is cancelled due to a technical glitch. You can try again. I tried again and same thing happened. Both time money deducted and now they are saying they will take ** business days excluding sat /sunday/holidays to refund my money. This means it was a big trap and they trap normally twice eby this method. I saw many reviews now only and sad to know that many are struggling with their refunds from them. In case I do not get my money back - I will go file a case against them.
