I had booked a package from Oyo total holidays team to Coorg, Ooty & Mysore with package id PKG-YLCZ****. The package provided by Oyo total holidays team contains flights to Kempegowda airport Bangalore from Delhi and return flight after completion of the tour on **.**.****.
The package commenced on **.**.**** till **.**.****. We on **.**.** reached Bangalore airport and visited places as planned by Oyo total holidays however the taxi service provided by Oyo team was worst I have ever seen but the major issue occurs with our return flight to Delhi from Bangalore airport by jet airways. The Airline company Jet Airways closed two weeks before the return journey date **.**.**** and this we came to know on Bangalore airport on return journey date **.**.**** and we were not informed by Oyo total holidays team regarding cancellation of flight and as it was their responsibility to arrange a different flight because the package they provided covers with the return flight also.
Now when I tried to contact them these people continuously harassed me. I request through Voxya to reimburse the amount of return flights and one-day extra stay at hotel.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
