I booked a AC Service & Repair on **th April ****. A NoBroker technician came for the job, he opened my AC and after inspection he(Md. Hashim T) told me that there is only one problem with my AC that is there is no gas and rest everything is fine, I asked him to fill the gas, after some time he told me that there is a hole in coil, I asked him to fix, after another ** mins of using a machine like thing he said there are many holes and this can't be fixed and I need to pay close to *k and it will take * days' time, I asked him why he is telling me this after good ** mins, he said the money will be refunded for this job as no work has been done, but if I need to fix the coil issue, I need to place another order and it will take * days and over *k, and he left without even cleaning the place(he made it so messy) and as soon he left he marked my order as completed, since **th I am continuously trying to get hold on NoBroker customer care executives, but they have pre-typed message which says we will arrange a call back and sorry for inconvenience. They are not refunding my money and are fooling around for good * days. NoBroker is a fraud company
