I received a damaged product from netmeds regarding this I contacted netmeds customer support, As per their request I dropped a mail from my registered email to the damaged team. I also contacted frequently my calls, emails and also my social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram.
Finally waiting me more days and lieing that they don't received any email from my side and we can't do anything
I have to proofs of chat with the team
Here, at the first they delayed intentionally and after calling frequently they are escaping very cleverly by don't received any mail to the then what about the proofs of damaged shared by Twitter to social media team why are their not responding.
Completely it's a kind of cheating the customers
Here, they waste my lot of time which mentally disturbed and financial loss
