This is to formally raise a grievance regarding my recent order from Myntra. I had placed an order for OnePlus earbuds, but I received an empty box with no product inside.

I have already raised complaints through your regular support channels, but the issue remains unresolved. I have paid the full amount for this order, yet I have not received the product. I request you to kindly:
*. Either dispatch the correct product (OnePlus earbuds) at the earliest,
*. Or initiate a full refund of the amount paid to my original mode of payment.
Kindly treat this as urgent and share a clear resolution timeline.
