Sir, I beg to state that I booked hotel peerless inn Durgapur city by goibibio on *th October **. I canceled the Booking & goibibio did not refund me. So I called goibibio Customer Care Kolkata at mobile no ********** & told I didn't get a refund from goibibio. Goibibio Customer Care asked me to share my bank account no. so that they can refund my amount. Instead of refunding my amount Customer Care kolkata of goibibio debited Rs ***** from my sbi account. Actually, they cheated me. I couldn't believe in the name of goibibio someone cheated me. I, therefore, request you please help me & take the necessary steps.
