Clear trip app provided a deal for Rs **** (app said **** plus taxes Rs **** evidence * screen shot) a deluxe room in Sparsa resort, Tiruvannamalai. But after booking, it showed a standard room instead of a Deluxe room (evidence *). On enquiry they came back after a day and said it was a mistake to mention Deluxe room as it should be standard room. I asked for a Deluxe room since the app says so . They refused. Standard room was available in their app for Rs ****/- (evidence * app screen shot submitted) when asked refund the excess money they refused. My tour of Tiruvannamalai to surprise my wife for her birthday was spoiled. This is fraud and cheating the customer. Luring the customer to book and later refusing has created lot of mental agony and tension. I am attaching the proof from their app of screen shots. I should be compensated adequately for the fraud they made and the mental agony they have done.
I complained to consumerhelpline.gov.in I am also attaching the my complaint copy and their reply (evidence no * PDF )
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
