Country Holiday Inn & Suites - Fraud by CHIS

I have been conveyance for the CHIS membership with the promises of best in class services. The executive explained the membership details and force to buy the membership. They explain everything very good but when it came to bookings everything is different. I asked for the bookings before the COVID-** second wave and dates were in **+ days before and they said they cannot confirm the booking so early. I asked I have to plan it with this span of time since I need to book the flight tickets also but they never give any attention and I have to drop off the bookings with them. I paid them for one year membership and I can pay after one year for the further duration if I am interested in the services as per the sales executive. But now the scene is different. They are now asking to deposit balance money otherwise I'll not be able to use my one year even. It is now like I wasted my money with them and did not get any service from them. They are like to just grab the money from your pocket any how and once they got it, they don't hear anything.
