Siba charan jethy filed complaint against Goibibo on Apr 15, 2019
I booked hotel Shivam Howrah through Goibibo and paid online. But when I reached there at night ** pm on **th April **** the hotel management denied the booking and informed that they had no agreement with Goibibo anymore. They demanded extra money for the room. I looked for many hotels that night. Later the manager called me and provided a non-ac room for Rs ****/-. I have made the expenditure of to and fro journey of Rs **** and met with an unpleasant situation with a lady and baggage with me. When I contacted to customer care they said that they are helpless. What will happen to the money paid by me and inconveniences made to me? I will go to the national consumer court shortly.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
