Zunroof Tech Pvt Ltd. - Fraud and Harshment

I am writing this application to file a consumer harassment complaint against the solar company "ZunRoof Tech Pvt. Ltd"
Issue Description:
I placed an order for "Solar Rooftop" Installation with ZunRoof Tech Pvt Ltd in December ****. this company operates as a Solar energy company and is a solar service provider. Their agent asked me to pay an instalment of *****/- (half the total amount) to ZunRoof Tech Pvt Ltd and start the process.
Initially, I was assured and confirmed by the company's sales people of below * things:
*) The payment is to be done in instalments. (Therefore, I paid **,***, approximately **% of the total value)
*) and, the entire installation procedure will complete in maximum * months.
But it has been more than * months now, they have not even started the installation process and have just send Iron Legs structure for panel to my home. All these items are lying uselessly in my house for more than * months and have caused severe problems to me and my family. One day, I fell down because of the solar company's heavy iron equipment lying in my balcony and ended up hurting my back and leg bleeding badly. Because of hurting my lower back, I was bed-ridden for * month.
In another incident, my dog bruised itself and bled profusely after falling down on the iron plates. He had to be injected immediately, which further led to a heavy monetary loss for me. Also, I cannot even park my car inside my house because of the iron legs lying all around the balcony. My newly constructed Marble floor has also damaged because of iron rust. During the lockdown (Covid-**) we parked our both cars outside on the road, risking theft.
Now, after taking **% money from me, the company is harassing and asking me to pay the remaining balance payment and only then the procedure will only start. They are sending me reminder emails to pay the balance amount almost every month. But not taking back their items, though, I have already confirmed them on email that I do not want their services anymore and refund my money and monitoring loss . But they are not giving any reply instead of many reminders by mail. Their marketing agent Mr. Arvind Gautam had made many false promises when he approached me for getting their product installed. But now he is not picking my call and not responding my messages.


My Expectation:
Because of this extended harassment and fraud, I do not want this process to be started anymore in the future and just want my money (**,***/-) to be refunded by ZunRoof Tech Pvt Ltd.
