Amit Valecha filed complaint against Samsung on Sep 14, 2020
Malpractises by Samsung authorised service center.
After talking to Samsung WhatsApp support, submitted my Samsung M** under warranty phone on **Sep**** at service center with issue of video capturing being blurr. Service center gave jobsheet without ServiceRequest (SR), until now I was not aware that it is not provided in jobsheet as it was authorized service center.
On **Sep****, I called service center for follow-up on repair status as while submitting they told that if the parts will be available it should be done in * days else it might take longer. I was told that parts were ordered which proved to be false since I also reached out WA support and they asked for SR# to which I sent image of jobsheet and I was told that it doesn't have SR and they said it should have been created while submission. I suspected something fishy happening in background but still held my patience and called back service center for getting SR but then it was not created until then and only after my insistence they created SR ********** which was breach of trust for me as I was under impression that response and service would be genuine since it is authorized service center. I tried to track the service request online now and then found serious breach of customer support protocols that the symptoms mentioned in request were altogether different from the issue reported by me and I have lost complete trust on this service center.
I am attaching evidences for the discrepancies as it happened with me and demand that strict action should be taken on the mentioned service center as I believe lineancy towards such incidents lead to spoiling customer support further and also ask for complete replacement of the product with sealed pack box equivalent plus additional charges that I may have to bare to take this incident further legally in the event that redressal is not satisfactory.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
